Tsukuru (Masahiro Higashide), a member of the Death Note task force, is assigned to investigate the situation. He is joined by six other investigators, including Matsuda (Sota Aoyama) who had previously investigated Kira's case ten years ago. Additionally, Ryuzaki (Sosuke Ikematsu) as the successor of L, is also tracking down the perpetrator behind these mass deaths.

Who are the owners of these six Death Notes? Will Tsukuru, Matsuda, Ryuzaki, and the other investigators succeed in retrieving them?
